Couples Therapy

Are you having the same fights with no resolution?

Every couple experiences relational challenges at some point, and couples therapy can help navigate and overcome these obstacles. Therapy can facilitate healing from unresolved conflicts or betrayals such as infidelity. By gaining a better understanding of each other and finding more effective ways to communicate with each other, you can nurture the relationship and grow as a couple.

It’s not too late to get help to reconnect and experience connection and intimacy with your partner.

How it Works

Couples therapy is a collaborative therapy, and most sessions will be together. However, there may be times when it’s helpful for each of you to meet alone with your therapist.

During the first couples therapy session we will discuss what brings you to therapy and identify your hopes and goals for therapy.

Each couple's needs are unique, and your concerns guide my approach. As a couple’s therapy, I draw from Imago Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Solutions Focused Therapy.

Couples therapy sessions are 60 minutes, and we typically meet once a week. Sessions can be either in person or over zoom.
